Exchanges

Wrong size? You can exchange within 7 days of delivery for another size of the same piece, subject to stock. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Returns

[CHOOSE ONE:] We offer store credit / a refund to the original payment method for unworn items returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within [7] working days of the return reaching us.

Not eligible

• Items marked FINAL SALE.
• Headwear and accessories with hygiene seals removed.
• Items worn, washed, altered or without tags.

Faulty or wrong items

If we sent the wrong item or it has a manufacturing fault, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

How to start

Message [SUPPORT EMAIL] or [WHATSAPP] with your order number and the size you want. We will send the return address and instructions. Return shipping for size exchanges is paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
