TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, operated by MUGLC ("we", "us"), [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME AND ADDRESS], Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and drops

Pieces are released in limited, numbered runs. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the garment. Measurements are listed on each product under SIZE & FIT; small variations (±1–2 cm) are normal for cut-and-sewn and garment-dyed pieces.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept [PAYMENT METHODS, e.g. cash on delivery, debit/credit card, bank transfer].

If a price is listed incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order if an item has sold out, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud or resale. You will be refunded in full for anything we cancel.

Limited drops may carry a per-customer limit. Orders over the limit may be reduced or cancelled.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and exchanges

See our Returns & Exchanges policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law of Pakistan.

6. Intellectual property

The MUGLC name, marks, artwork, photography and site content belong to us and may not be used without written permission.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
